The Commons Select Justice Committee has announced an inquiry into employment tribunal fees as part of a larger inquiry into courts and tribunals fees and charges. The inquiry will look into the effects of the introduction and levels of these fees and charges and welcomes views on any aspect of the review.
In relation to employment tribunal fees the inquiry is particularly interested in submissions addressing how the introduction of employment tribunal fees has affected access to justice and how the volume and quality of cases brought has been affected.
The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2015.
